At Zero44.in, every piece of merchandise is custom printed just for you. As we don’t maintain stock, the printing process takes 2-5 days.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the fastest mode available, typically via Air Shipping. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-3 days.

Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, exceptions may occur due to natural calamities or unforeseen issues.

At Zero44.in, returns are eligible within 5 days of delivery only for items with physical or print quality issues. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacements are only possible for incorrect, defective, or damaged items. No returns or replacements for custom orders, special offers, or specific items like phone cases, mugs, or posters unless they are incorrect or damaged.

Due to our print-on-demand model, we cannot offer exchanges. For size or color changes, returns can be made for store credit.

If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

We kindly ask your to unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

For replacements and refunds, send us an unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images.
